LOAD X is a freight service coordination company. You tell us what your freight needs, and we source and coordinate the right facility, driver, crew or service — as one point of contact.
WHAT LOAD X DOES
Freight problems usually need more than one phone call: a dock with an open door, a crew to restack pallets, somewhere to hold a load, a truck that fits the receiver. LOAD X takes the request, finds providers that fit the freight and the location, confirms availability with them, and brings you a plan. You deal with one team instead of calling around.
LOAD X sources and coordinates the right provider for each request. LOAD X does not own every facility, truck or crew, and provider availability is confirmed per request — nothing is booked until LOAD X confirms it with you.
WHO WE WORK WITH
- Shippers and brokers who need a crossdock, storage, a restack or a redelivery arranged
- Carriers, drivers and dispatchers dealing with a breakdown, a refusal or a reefer failure
- Businesses that need freight held, reworked or delivered locally
- Providers — facilities, crews and carriers — who apply to join the LOAD X network. Applications are reviewed by the team; submitting one doesn’t add a provider or guarantee work.
HOW WE WORK
- Honest status. A request only shows SOLUTION CONFIRMED when the team has confirmed it. Nothing is booked before you agree.
- No invented promises. We don’t quote arrival times, prices or availability before a provider confirms them.
- Your details stay private. Tracking links are private, and request details are shared only with the providers needed to handle the request. See the privacy policy.

- LOAD X Load Board — a subscription freight marketplace where approved brokers post loads and approved carriers request them.
- LOAD X PRO & BUSINESS — memberships with service maps, route tools and priority requests for people who run freight every day. Separate from the Load Board.
