HOW IT
WORKS.
One request, one point of contact. Here’s what happens between sending the details and the freight moving again.
STEP BY STEP
- You send the request. Use the request form, NEED HELP NOW, the LOAD X assistant or the 24/7 line. You get a request number and a private tracking link.
- LOAD X reviews it. The team reads the details, checks what’s missing and contacts you if anything needs clarifying.
- The team sources providers. LOAD X reaches out to facilities, crews or carriers that fit the freight, location and timing, and asks each one to confirm availability for this job.
- You confirm the plan. LOAD X brings the option back to you. Nothing is booked until LOAD X confirms it with you, and the tracking page only shows SOLUTION CONFIRMED once it is.
- LOAD X stays your point of contact. Status updates appear on your tracking page (and by email or text if you opt in), and you can add photos or paperwork there at any time.
- Invoice and payment. When the work is done, invoices appear on your tracking page, and you can pay online where online payment is set up.
FOUR WAYS TO SEND A REQUEST
- Request form — planned work, with dates and details.
- NEED HELP NOW — urgent problems; the request is flagged urgent for the team.
- LOAD X assistant — on the homepage, describe what happened in your own words and it drafts the request for you to review and send.
- 24/7 line — 503-490-0735.
WHAT YOU CAN DO ON THE TRACKING PAGE
- See the current status and the timeline of updates
- Add photos, BOLs and other paperwork
- Change the date you need it done while the request is open
- Turn on text, email or app notifications for status changes
- See invoices and payments for the request
LOAD X sources and coordinates the right provider for each request. LOAD X does not own every facility, truck or crew, and provider availability is confirmed per request — nothing is booked until LOAD X confirms it with you.
READY WHEN YOU ARE.
Send the details once. LOAD X reviews the request, sources the right provider and confirms the plan with you before anything is booked.
