POLICY.
This policy explains what information LOAD X collects through loadxnow.com and its apps, how it is used, and the choices you have.
INFORMATION YOU GIVE US
- Freight requests: your name, company, phone, email, locations, freight details, dates, notes and any photos or documents you attach, from the request form, NEED HELP NOW, the assistant or by phone.
- Provider applications and onboarding: company, contact, authority, insurance and tax details and documents that providers, carriers, customers and brokers submit to work with LOAD X. Tax IDs and bank details are stored encrypted.
- Accounts: email, name and password for customer portal, Load Board, LOAD X PRO and team logins. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent by email.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. LOAD X never receives or stores your full card number.
- Communications: messages and notifications we send you and your notification choices (email, text, app notifications).
INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
- Sign-in cookies that keep you signed in and recognize trusted devices.
- Browser storage on your own device, such as the list of requests you sent from this device, so you can find them again.
- Security and server logs (for example IP address and browser type) used to protect accounts and prevent abuse.
- Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics measures page views and actions such as sending a request or tapping the phone number. It never receives what you type into forms.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- To review, source, coordinate and follow up on your requests
- To share the details a provider needs to handle your freight (for example locations, freight details and contact information for the job)
- To send status updates and, if you opt in, texts or app notifications
- To run accounts, memberships, billing and invoices
- To review provider, carrier, customer and broker applications
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations
THE LOAD X ASSISTANT
When you use the assistant, your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate replies. The assistant doesn’t book anything, and nothing you type becomes a request until you review and submit it.
WHO WE SHARE WITH
- Providers you are working with through LOAD X, limited to what the job needs
- Service providers that run parts of the site for us: hosting and database (Netlify), payments (Stripe), email and text message delivery, and our AI provider
- Authorities when required by law or to protect people and property
LOAD X does not sell your personal information.
RETENTION
We keep request, account, billing and compliance records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet business, tax and legal record-keeping obligations. Replaced documents are kept as part of the record.
YOUR CHOICES
- Turn email, text or app notifications on or off for a request
- Sign out everywhere from your account
- Ask to access, correct or delete your information by calling 503-490-0735. Some records must be kept for legal or financial reasons.
SECURITY
Tracking links are private, sign-in uses a one-time code, sensitive tax and banking fields are encrypted, and private pages are never indexed by search engines. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your tracking links and login to yourself.
CHILDREN
This site is for business use and is not directed to children under 13.

We’ll update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
