OF USE.
These terms apply when you use loadxnow.com, send a request to LOAD X, or use a LOAD X account.
WHAT LOAD X PROVIDES
LOAD X sources and coordinates freight services — such as crossdocking, storage, temperature-controlled handling, restacking, transloading and delivery — performed by independent providers. LOAD X does not own every facility, truck or crew. Provider availability, pricing and timing are confirmed per request.
REQUESTS
- Sending a request does not book, confirm or guarantee any service. A request is confirmed only when LOAD X confirms the plan with you.
- You agree to give accurate information about your freight, including hazardous materials, temperature requirements, weight and value.
- Any quote, estimate or time LOAD X passes on comes from a provider and can change until the job is confirmed.
PROVIDERS AND YOUR FREIGHT
Services are performed by the provider that handles the job, under its own rates, rules and liability terms, which LOAD X can share with you before you confirm. Cargo coverage depends on the provider and on your own insurance. Specific services may be covered by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
ACCOUNTS AND MEMBERSHIPS
- Keep your login and tracking links private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Load Board subscriptions and LOAD X PRO / BUSINESS memberships are separate products with their own terms shown at sign-up and checkout. A subscription gives access to the software; it never guarantees freight, loads, revenue or service.
- Subscriptions renew until canceled and can be managed from your account.
ACCEPTABLE USE
- Don’t submit false requests, impersonate others or upload files you don’t have the right to share.
- Don’t try to access other people’s requests or accounts, or interfere with the site.
- Directory, map and price information in LOAD X tools may come from public or third-party sources, is labeled with its source, and should be confirmed before you rely on it.
PAYMENTS
Invoices are payable under the terms shown on each invoice. Online payments are processed by Stripe.
DISCLAIMERS
The site and its tools are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, LOAD X is not responsible for delays or losses caused by providers, carriers, receivers, weather, traffic or other events outside its control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be limited.
CHANGES
We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
